The Bureau for Institutional Reform and Democracy – BiRD, is currently accepting applications for a Key Expert 3:Expert in Administering of Disciplinary Processes with Regard to Judges and Dealing with Complaints about Judges’ Actions as part of a World Bank funded project in Kazakhstan entitled: Evaluation of Professional Activities of the Judiciary.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Law degree, academic degree is an advantage;
- Minimum 7 years of professional work experience in the judicial system including not less than 5 years of experience in organizing and holding disciplinary processes with regard to judges;
- Knowledge of English is mandatory;
- Knowledge of Russian is mandatory.
